Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of trykioko.com and the services sold on it. Kioko Labs ("we", "us") operates the Carrier Packet Integrity Desk. Kioko Labs is the trading name of George Kioko, Ruaka, Kenya. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Questions: george@trykioko.com.

1. What we sell

Two services. The Carrier Packet Audit, a one-time review of 25 to 50 carriers delivered within 48 hours of receiving your carrier list. The Monthly Desk, a subscription that keeps those records rechecked on a standing basis. Current prices are on the pricing page.

2. Ordering and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing, billing support, and returns processing for orders placed through checkout.

3. Delivery

The 48-hour audit clock starts when we receive your complete carrier list. If your list needs clarification we will tell you within one business day, and the clock starts once resolved. Deliverables arrive by email to the address on your order.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate carrier names, MC/DOT numbers, and documents.
• Only share documents you are authorized to share.
• Keep your contact email current so deliverables reach you.

5. What our service is, and is not

We compile and flag information from public regulatory sources (such as FMCSA records) and documents you provide, with each line dated and sourced. We do not certify carriers, guarantee carrier performance, or provide legal, insurance, or compliance advice. Dispatch and tendering decisions remain yours.

6. Subscriptions and cancellation

The Monthly Desk renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See the refund policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including cargo claims, lost loads, or lost profit.

8. Confidentiality

Your carrier lists and documents are used only to deliver the service. See the privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above reflects the latest version. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be emailed before they take effect.
