Privacy Policy

This policy covers trykioko.com and the Carrier Packet Integrity Desk operated by Kioko Labs. Short version: we collect what we need to deliver the service, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• Contact details. Your name, email, and company, when you write to us or place an order.
• Service data. Carrier lists, MC/DOT numbers, and documents you send us for auditing.
• Payment data. Handled entirely by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. We never see or store card numbers. Paddle's privacy policy is at paddle.com/legal/privacy.

How we use it

To deliver audits and the Monthly Desk, send deliverables and renewal reminders, and respond to support requests. That is the whole list. No marketing lists, no data sales, no cross-site tracking.

Who we share it with

Only processors needed to run the service: Paddle (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), and our email provider. Each receives only what its function requires.

Retention and deletion

Audit files and carrier lists are kept while you are a customer so rechecks stay accurate. Email george@trykioko.com to have your data deleted; we confirm within 7 days.

Cookies

The site sets no tracking cookies. Any analytics we use are aggregate and cookie-free.
