Refund Policy

Gaps found or it is free. That is the core promise, and it is written into this policy.
Carrier Packet Audit (one time)
- If your first audit surfaces no real, actionable gaps (no lapsed insurance, no authority issues, no missing or expired documents, no fraud flags), you get a full refund. Tell us within 14 days of delivery.
- If we fail to deliver your audit within the promised window and cannot agree on a new date with you, you get a full refund.
- Refund requests go to george@trykioko.com with your order email. No forms, no hoops.
Monthly Desk (subscription)
- Cancel anytime by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Partial months are not refunded once a billing period has started, except where we failed to deliver the service that month, in which case that month is refunded in full.
How refunds are paid
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
